1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed after 4 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (All 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses)

4. Carrier Information

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier for your order will be determined based on shipping location, cost, and delivery time.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited or overnight shipping options.

  • Certain items may have hazardous material restrictions per carrier regulations.

  • Orders requiring special handling (e.g., bulk shipments) may require additional processing time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your order using the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Swiss Duke LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@dukeproductline.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
